Data Reporting

This tool is used to create reports on data collected, actions and outcomes selected and the tasks that users have completed.

You can also use this tool to send emails to all contacts collected and manage who contacts are delegated to.

if you click on a form under Forms you will see 3 additional selectable options: contact assignments settings, contact assignments report and security settings.

The numbers next to each form are the number of reports found for that form and the number next to the report is the number of data items (forms) located for that report.

Regular reports report on data collected for a specific form.

Global reports are used to report on data across a series of groups and/or forms in those groups.
